About Us

At Thrive Speech and Rehabilitation, we are a family-run practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based speech therapy services across the lifespan. Led by husband-and-wife team David and Amanda Wallace, our mission is to help individuals and families recover, learn, communicate, and thrive—one voice, one swallow, and one step at a time.

David Wallace, M.S., CCC-SLP, is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with over a decade of experience specializing in pediatric speech and language disorders and adult neurological rehabilitation. He brings a deep clinical expertise in stroke recovery, traumatic brain injury (TBI), dysphagia (swallowing disorders), and cognitive-communication challenges. David is committed to restoring communication and quality of life for his patients, using a personalized, goal-oriented approach grounded in both compassion and clinical excellence.

Amanda Wallace, SLPA, is a seasoned Speech-Language Pathology Assistant with more than 10 years of experience in pediatric care. Her work focuses on supporting children with language delays, articulation disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and those who benefit from Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). Amanda's warm, engaging style fosters a positive, supportive environment where young clients feel empowered to find their voice.
